WASTE WORKS LLC TERMS OF USE

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Waste Works LLC regarding the use of our website and services.

Introduction

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

You will be notified on what day your trash will be collected weekly.

Holiday schedules will vary with prior notice. 

Trash containers are the property of Waste Works LLC. Any damages to or replacement of containers will result in a $150.00 charge. 

Paint and paint products must be completely dried. (use cat litter or Sta-Dri)

No oil or oil products. We are prohibited from picking up oil. Oil must be recycled and placed in the proper receptacle for recycling. 

Service for one 96-gallon container. Please no furniture, appliances etc for weekly service. 

Those items are available for pick up through special services. Call for quote.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Waste Works LLC may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Termination

Waste Works LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
